Returns & Withdrawal Policy

At Anthi Style, we handle every order with care and attention to ensure that your flowers, floral arrangements and gifts arrive in the best possible condition.

This policy applies to purchases made through our online store www.anthistyle.gr.

1. Fresh Flowers and Floral Arrangements

Fresh flowers, bouquets and arrangements made with fresh flowers are perishable products that may deteriorate quickly.

For these products, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal due to a change of mind does not apply, in accordance with the exceptions provided under consumer protection legislation.

This exception does not affect the customer's statutory rights in cases where products are defective or do not conform to the order.

2. Gifts, Decorations and Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable products, such as vases, decorative items, accessories and other gifts, consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must inform us of their decision through a clear statement using our contact page.

Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon.

The customer is only liable for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

3. Personalized Orders

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, where such exceptions are permitted by law.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Customers will not be charged return shipping costs when exercising their statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products.

5. Refunds

When the statutory right of withdrawal is validly exercised, refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving notification of the withdrawal.

Where required by law, refunds include the original cost of standard delivery. Additional charges resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method is expressly agreed upon without additional cost to the customer.
